TTR’s Senior Development Team is focused on high performance athletic development.  The program is based around education and developing well rounded young men and women. While continued participation in other sports is still ok at this point we do encourage our kids to begin a more focused approach to their sport of choice.  A big part of the senior team is preparing for the demands of the college athlete lifestyle.  As they progress through this program the demands and expectations increase along the way so that when they leave us as seniors they are ready to contribute to whatever university they end up at.  The senior team works very hard all while having fun and continuing to develop life skills and general athletic ability that will serve them in whatever athletic direction they go in the future.  TTR’s senior team is focused on run development for cross country, and Track & Field.  That being said we have athletes that focus on draft legal triathlon development as well.  These athletes do their run training with the team and swim and bike with various other training groups within TTR.  If you have any questions please reach out to us at any time.

Practice Schedule & Locations

The senior team practices 5-8 sessions/week.  Training sessions are a mix of run development in different environments from the track to trails to roads along with regular strength and conditioning sessions.   A big part of this program is program design based around different national championships such as Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships.  This team trains year round with some down time following cross country nationals in December and Outdoor Track & Field nationals in late July.

Once signed up you will get weekly notifications updating you on practice times and locations.  You will also have access to the schedule via the TTR App.  Please download the TTR app on the app store for IOS or Android.  This is where you will be able to see the team schedule, view your membership discounts, and much more.

Fee Structure

  • Annual Fee – $125/year
  • Monthly Fee – $150/month

All TTR teams have an annual fee of $125/year.  This fee covers all the swag each athlete is given along with one annual racing license.

The senior team fee is $150/month and is on a rolling 30 day contract meaning when you cancel your membership your effective last day will be 30 days from that cancellation date.  See below for a list of things included with the monthly fee.
