Dani Dotson - Strength & Conditioning

Dani has a degree in Sports Management , emphasis in Coaching and Fitness from Mid America Nazarene University. In the last 12 years she has coached professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, PGA, and numerous college and high school athletes as well as youth in proper lifting form and eliminating wasted movement. Through her years working with speed, power, and agility she has developed a unique training where rehab and strength and conditioning build a strong and well-balanced athlete. With her strength and conditioning program she is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Functional Movement Taping to help alleviate pain and injury. She has always played sports such as basketball, softball, and soccer in college. Growing up in Colorado she learned to enjoy the outdoors and still does with her two children; camping, hiking, kayaking…they love it all! Besides sports and outdoors she loves to cook and would have the best radio station ever if someone would let her on the air…she loves music.

Her motto is that movement heals.

Training Options with Dani

Private Strength & Conditioning –
$80/hour (1 hour/month)
$75/hour ($150/month for 2 hours)
Whats included!
  • Movement evaluation
  • Corrective Exercise
  • 30 min of training
  • 30 min of soft tissue work (stretching and option for homework)

– This option is for the athlete that only wishes to have 1 to 2 one-on-one session per month, and who is prepared to self-coach using their own training plan.


Strength & Conditioning Program Design Only – $125/month
Whats included!
  • Up to 4 days of progressive strength programming per week
  • Progressive balance between weight work and body weight movement
  • Balance and Coordination development
  • Goals for Snatch, Clean & Jerk
  • Programming can be tailored to fit within other training programs such as triathlon/running/etc.

– This option is for the independent athlete who doesn’t need regular communication with the coach, who is prepared to self-coach using the training plan.


Private Strength & Conditioning + Program Design – $300/month
Whats included!
  • 2 Private 1 hour sessions
    • Lifting technique development (snatch, clean, & jerk)
    • Movement evaluation
    • Corrective exercise
    • corrective movement and stretching
  • Individually customized strength & conditioning training plan build weekly
  • Unlimited revisions pertaining to volume, training schedule, and/or season calendar of sport
  • Unlimited access to your coach via email or phone
  • Progressive balance between weight work and body weight movement
  • Balance and Coordination development
  • Goals for Snatch, Clean & Jerk
  • Programming can be tailored to fit within other training programs such as triathlon/running/etc.
