We offer professional coaching for triathletes, duathletes, swimmers, cyclists, and runners of all levels regardless of location. We offer several options of custom coaching services designed for athletes of all levels with varying support structures to ensure you get the level of support needed.
Our coaching staff draws on years of formal education and coaching experience to provide any athlete with a proven, customized, and effective way to take your training and performance to the next level. We create training plans that meet the needs and lives of each individual athlete. Our programs are designed to accommodate your lifestyle needs and focus on developing your fitness and race-day performance while having fun.
How it Works!
To get started, review the optional coaches below. Click on a coach’s profile to review their experience, credentials, and coaching options. Once you’ve made your decision, click the “sign up now” button on their coaching profile to create your athlete account. Choose the “Coached Membership” option. You will be prompted to create your basic account and sign a waiver. Following that you will again select your coach and coaching option. You will then complete all sections of the portal. Feel free to reach out to any and all coaches with any questions you may have.
Once completed, we will contact you to set up a time to meet in person or speak over the phone if we haven’t done so already. During our conversation we will discuss your upcoming season and outline what your training schedule will look like based on your current needs. Once we have established some priorities for your season, we will set up your online TrainingPeaks account and begin creating your custom training plan.

Head Coach Wierick is a Northwest Arkansas Native. He grew up playing soccer and running in NWA. He graduated from JBU with an undergraduate degree in BioChemistry. He went on to gain masters degrees in Leadership and Ethics as well as an MBA with plans for a PhD in the future.
Dani has a degree in Sports Management , emphasis in Coaching and Fitness from Mid America Nazarene University. In the last 12 years she has coached professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, PGA, and numerous college and high school athletes as well as youth in proper lifting form and eliminating wasted movement.
Holly has always had a passion for fitness and challenging herself. She has a Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana and a Masters in Educational Theory and Practice from Arkansas State University. She also has a USA Triathlon Level 1 certification and is an IRONMAN Certified Coach
Andrew began his professional career in fitness in 2014 when he became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Counsel on Exercise. Andrew loves taking on new challenges and has worked with a wide range of individuals from sedentary to collage and professional athletes
Nick is a Registered Dietitian with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Seton Hill University. His passion for health, nutrition and fitness led him to work with TTR where he provides nutritional education and planning to those looking for nutritional and dietary guidance.
