IMG_0059We offer professional coaching for triathletes, duathletes, swimmers, cyclists, and runners of all levels regardless of location.  We offer three options of custom coaching services designed for athletes of all levels with varying support structures to ensure you get the level of support needed.

Our coaching draws on years of elite coaching experience to provide you with a proven, effective way to take your training and performance to the next level.  We provide a customized training experience for all levels of athletes.  Our coaching and training plans are designed to accommodate your lifestyle needs and focus on developing your fitness, and race-day performance while having fun.

How it Works!

To get started, simply click here and create an account.. Once this is complete, we will contact you to set up a time to meet in person or speak over the phone. During our conversation we will discuss your upcoming season and outline what your training schedule will look like based on your current needs. Once we have established some priorities for your season, we will set up your online Training Peaks account and begin creating your custom training plan. As you complete each workout, you will record your feedback in Training Peaks as well as upload any/all data from devices used to track training. We will review these logs and files regularly and provide detailed feedback to you weekly (full access) or monthly (limited access.) Going into events we will discuss race day strategy and answer any additional race day questions you may have. We hope to build a long-term relationship with each of our athletes and together we will achieve things that you never thought possible.

TTR Full Access: $300/month

  • Detailed race execution analysis, including analysis of power, pace and heart rate files for race day success

  • 50% discount on additional services such as private sessions & testing
